    こんにちはお久しぶりです!エアフライヤー購入するかどうか悩んんでいましたが このレシピであれば 油で揚げるのと同じくらいに美味しそうです!トンカツやエビフライなどもレシピあれば見てみたいです、いつも美味しそうなレシピありがとうございます 油多めがポイントですね スプレーじゃなくてハケで油をぬるのはおすすめできないですか?

      Nonakaさん お久しぶりです!! 正直、油で揚げるのを100点だとすれば、今回のレシピは78点くらいです!!😅  ただそれでも準備や後片付けの手間のなさ、健康面への影響や調理中に放ったらかしにできる事など、エアフライヤーには大量のメリットがあります!! 冷凍食品の揚げ物の調理もオーブンより早く且つ美味しくできますし、1日経ったクロワッサンやカレーパンなんかの再加熱にも使えてホント便利ですよ😀 ハケで油を塗っても大丈夫ですよ。ただスプレーの方が楽だったので、少し面倒に感じるかもしれません!! コメントありがとうございました!!

    Hi Chef, hope you are doing well. I have another question. Let's say you want to quadruple the recipe that calls for 1kg of beef. Would multiplying all the ingredients by 4 work? I mean, 3 liters of water seems like a lot... What would be your approach? Thanks a lot!

      Yes it looks like a lot of broth, but the broth is very important part of the dish as we Japanese often pour extra broth to the rice to boost the flavour👀

    Would this work in an oven? Are the crispness of karaague and of fry chicken from your other recipe the same?

      Maybe🤔 The biggest difference between air fryer and oven is the speed of air circulation. So you can possible cook this in oven, but it probably takes bit longer. So set up the oven temperature a bit higher like 200-210℃, and see how it goes. Good luck😎👍

      Probably not as it will spilt and stick to the basket. But I might experiment wet batter in future recipes. So I’ll keep it in my memo😃

      It depends on the size😃 So use your eye and finger to check if it’s rollable or not before you cut it👍

    when i airfry, i dont use cooking spray. I just coat the food with the oil and let the flour absorb it

    What is the capacity of your rice cooker? Mine can only cook up to 2 cups (235 grams) at a time, and I would like to adjust the measurements of this recipe to fit.

      Mine is maximum 5.5 cup capacity, and this recipe made it full. Hope it helps!!!👍
